Very many thanks to you all for attending the CSC Final, and representing Devon Orienteering Club. I hope that you enjoyed the occasion and atmosphere as much as I did. If so, please consider putting next year’s qualifying round and final in your diary—March 17th 2019, probably in the Quantock Hills, and October 20th in Pippingford Park, Surrey, respectively.
Both of these areas are relatively easy to access, so I would hope that we can persuade more club members to attend in 2019. In theory, we should be able to field a strong team and compete well. In the meantime, the New Forest calls for those that are planning to take part in the South West Galoppen series, in the form of the Sarum event at Hamptworth, on Sunday. See some of you there, perhaps?
Well done, and thanks again.
Ruth (Club Captain).
