Time to have a think about where to go from here. What is pleasing is that half a dozen people have volunteered to run an event in their locality so there certainly is going to be a future in one form or another.

Pre Event Information

Meet at New Street North Car Park,  EX14 1BS for a 7p.m. start heading just down the road afterwards to the Star Inn (Wetherspoons).

This is an informal street O race, with a 60 minute score format. The event will use simple street maps based on OpenStreetMapping (www.oomap.co.uk) with controls being street furniture such as lamp posts, hydrants, signs etc.

The event is open to all, but under 16s have to run with a parent as we will be sharing the courses with vehicles at times.  We have a mass start at 7.00 p.m. with a strict 1 hour limit encouraging people to head on to a local hostelry afterwards for a chance for a race debrief….. or a refreshing drink.

Register from 6.30 pm onwards and bring a pen/pencil plus a watch!      £3 entry fee.
