Event Cancellation Policy

Should the event be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of Devon OC, the club will endeavour to notify everyone who has pre-entered via RaceSignUp email (where applicable). The club will also seek to add a notice on the club’s website as soon as practicable. Refunds or credits for a future run will be issued in due course, less any contribution to essential costs that may have been incurred by the club which cannot be reasonably recovered due to cancellation.
