South West Orienteering League 23-24
This is an annual competition using a series of nominated events in the South West Orienteering Association (SWOA) region.

One event is held in each per club. The aim of the competition is partly to encourage club members to experience areas outside their club, and generate some friendly competition for those that want it. The season runs from September to Spring,

The handicap league has the following objectives:
• Encourage junior to try more advanced courses
• Compensate for the gender differences between men and women
• Allow more mature competitors to maintain their interest
